In fact, our technical support ranks among the very best in the industry; we encourage participation of our product developers in customer support and charge support fees that are a fraction of competitors’ rates.
Installation support is included in the retail price of Vestec’s speech engine and is available free-of-charge. Additional support – such as, in-depth product training, speech grammar writing, application development, voice interface design, system integration, best practices consulting, and general trouble-shooting – must be purchased from Vestec for separate fees. Technical support is generally provided via online communication only. Conference calls as well as on-site visits may be arranged upon request for additional fees.
