Support Policies

Vestec provides free-of-charge installation support for its speech recognition engine. Comprehensive technical support for a wide variety of non-installation issues can also be purchased at highly affordable fees from Vestec.

Installation Support

Installation support for Vestec speech engine is available free-of-charge from Vestec or its resellers. Digium is the primary tier-1 installation support provider for the speech engine for Asterisk. Digium technical support can be contacted at the following link:

For tier-2 installation support of speech engine for Asterisk, please contact Vestec at: support@evestech.com.

For installation support of all non-Asterisk speech engines, please contact Vestec at: support@evestech.com.

Other Support

Vestec offers comprehensive technical support for a wide variety of non-installation issues for its speech engine at highly affordable rates. These include (but are not limited to) support services for in-depth product training, speech grammar writing, application development, voice interface design, system integration, best practices consulting, and general trouble-shooting.

Additional support can be purchased at the following rates:

  • $100 per hour; minimum 1-hour purchase
  • $400 for a 5-hour package; ($100 savings)
  • $700 for a 10-hour package; ($300 savings)
